Terms of service

iterFact lets you create, publish, and share hosted interactive artifacts. These terms set the rules for using the product, the hosted runtime, and the public pages that iterFact serves on your behalf.

Using iterFact

You may use iterFact to create private or published artifacts, manage your library, and share artifacts through the product's supported surfaces. You are responsible for the content and data you publish through your account.

If you publish a page publicly, you confirm that you have the right to publish its content and that it does not violate law, platform policy, or third-party rights.

No scraping or reverse engineering

You may not scrape, mirror, bulk-download, replay, or systematically harvest iterFact hosted artifacts, runtime code, templates, engines, prompts, or generated pages in order to clone, compete with, or reconstruct iterFact's product or underlying systems.

You also may not reverse engineer the hosted viewer, bypass access controls, remove or alter iterFact branding or attribution where it is required, or use automated methods to extract protected implementation details outside the product's approved APIs and export surfaces.

Public artifacts and attribution

Public artifacts may include iterFact metadata, structured publisher information, hosted runtime chrome, or attribution markers. Those markers help readers understand what is hosted by iterFact and help iterFact police abuse and impersonation.

Paid plans may unlock different branding modes, but unless iterFact explicitly grants that right for your plan, you may not strip or obscure required attribution from the hosted runtime.

Enforcement

iterFact may suspend, restrict, or remove content or accounts that abuse the hosted runtime, attempt to evade product protections, violate law, or create risk for readers, publishers, or connected services.

If you believe a page infringes your rights, use the DMCA and takedown process. For broader policy issues, see the content policy.
